Job summary

Penmac Staffing is seeking motivated individuals for a Packer / Production Associate position in Baxter Springs, Kansas. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a stable manufacturing employer, offering pay of $18.91 per hour with shift differential on qualifying shifts.

Shifts include 2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm and 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM-7:00 AM; OT is available. You will be responsible for packing, inspecting, and supporting production line operations while maintaining safety and quality

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must be willing to follow all safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Pack finished products accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect products for quality and report any concerns.
