Job summary

Westlake is seeking a Packer in Lenexa, KS to monitor automatic machines and ensure products meet specifications. You will inspect, trim, and prepare parts, while adhering to quality and safety standards.

The role supports production demands and requires attention to detail on a fast-moving line. Flexible schedule options include nights and days; candidates should be able to read/write English and operate measurement equipment.

Qualifications

• No minimum education requirement.
• No prior experience or training required.
• Able to read and write in English.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Working knowledge of measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product while following all written quality, stacking, and safety procedures.
• Work with production groups to meet production demands.
• Visually inspect products for defects in order to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Trim excess material from parts, using knives, and grind scrap plastic for reuse.
• Ensure quality parts are produced and delivered on time that meet customer specifications.
• Other items assigned by Manager.
