Job summary

Penmac Staffing is hiring a Quality Inspector/Bundler for a leading manufacturing company in Parsons, KS. You will inspect finished boxes, bundle them into shipping cartons, and stack pallets for delivery to customers.

Day and night shifts are available with overtime as required. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and able to lift up to 35 lbs while standing for long shifts. This role offers temp-to-hire potential.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with ability to spot defects.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Lift up to 35 lbs and stand for full shift.
• Reliable attendance and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Inspect boxes for imperfections such as adhesive issues, soft edges, or print defects.
• Bundle and pack boxes into shipping cartons according to specifications.
• Stack cartons on pallets for shipment.
• Calculate quantities per carton to optimize space and materials.
• Communicate with team leads and report if reject rate exceeds 10%.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with shift cleanup.
