Job summary

Novolex is hiring a Packer Inspector to support the production team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will inspect products for defects, pack finished goods, and prepare shipments while maintaining safety and efficiency across 12-hour shifts.

Starting rate is $17 per hour with day (8AM–8PM) and night (8PM–8AM) shifts. Experience in manufacturing and teamwork are highly valued, with emphasis on following work instructions and maintaining a clean station.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to follow standard work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Package product into boxes and prepare for shipment.
• Check for quality issues and inform team lead of issues.
• Ensure at station you have enough supplies (boxes, tape, etc.).
• Keep workstation clean at all times.
• Follow safety guidelines at all times.
