Job summary

Eaton’s ES GEIS CHD division is seeking a Packer to support end-of-line packaging of commercial electrical products. This is an entry-level role with on-the-job training, with core hours 11:00pm to 7:00am.

You will build and label cartons, inspect products for quality, pack and palletize shipments, and maintain a clean work area. Overtime and weekend work may be required; active US work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
• Live within a 50-mile radius of Meadowlands, PA to be considered.
• Entry-level position with on-the-job training.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• End-of-line inspecting and packaging of commercial electrical products.
• Build and label cartons with attention to product type and quantity.
• Inspect finished product for quality per standard work instructions.
• Pack, seal, and palletize cartons per standard work instructions.
• Maintain housekeeping in the work area.
• Perform above work on one or more lines.
• Other duties as assigned.
