Job summary

Anchor Packaging, a Georgia Pacific company, is looking for Packers to join the Paragould, AR facility. You will pack quality products efficiently and safely, supporting production goals and customer satisfaction.

Pay is $17.00/hr with a $0.75 shift differential for nights. Shifts include Night, Day, 2nd, and 3rd on a rotating schedule. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and basic computer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or six months of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Pack finished products and components at a set production rate.
• Perform quality checks and follow packaging specifications.
• Label, tape, and stack boxes for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a loud, industrial setting.
