Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Production Packaging Associate for a 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule. The role involves packaging materials, loading and operating packaging equipment while adhering to GMP and safety policies.

Responsibilities include monitoring lines, inspecting bottles, labeling to customer specs, maintaining a clean workstation, and supporting inventory with a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Prefer High School diploma or GED.
• Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to work schedule.
• Demonstrates a Teamwork attitude by working well and effectively with others.
• Keeps the work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Inspect the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Monitor supply levels of packaging materials and replenish as needed.
• Move finished goods to designated area.
• Duties may differentiate by plant based on equipment and plant design.
• Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.
