Job summary

Altium Packaging in Turners Falls, MA is seeking a Production Packaging Associate for the 3rd shift (10:55 PM–7:00 AM, Su–Th). This entry-level role packs bottles, loads materials, and operates packaging equipment while following GMPs.

You will monitor conveyors, ensure correct labeling, and maintain clean workstations while meeting customer specifications. Basic math and computer skills are required; HS diploma or GED preferred; Altium training within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Basic computer experience required.
• Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Pack materials and finished products following packaging specs.
• Load, move materials and operate packaging equipment.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and PPE requirements.
• Monitor conveyors and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Inspect bottles for quality during production, packaging and labeling.
• Ensure correct labeling and packaging per customer requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and manage supplies.
