Winland Foods is seeking a Packaging Team Member for a 12-hour shift in Tolleson, AZ. You will operate, monitor, and maintain packaging lines, ensuring safe, high-quality output while supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Salary starts at $22.60 per hour, with quarterly bonuses and a $1,000 sign-on bonus ($500 after 90 days and $500 after 12 months). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and more.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ year in manufacturing preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on production line equipment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA and food safety policies.
• Excellent teamwork and clear communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Operate basic packaging machinery, perform changeovers, and address issues quickly.
• Inspect products for labeling accuracy, packaging quality, and palletize as needed.
• Follow FIFO methods, manage materials, and record shipments in SAP.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and report issues to supervisors.
• Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives on the line.
