Job summary

Campbell's in Franklin, Wisconsin is seeking a Salty Packaging Machine Operator to safely and efficiently run packaging equipment and maintain continuous product flow. You will adjust machines, troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure proper seal and weight control while following safety guidelines.

This full-time night shift operates 5:45 PM to 6:00 AM, 12-hour schedule every other weekend, with a base rate of $22.50 per hour plus benefits including health, dental, 401(k), and

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred, but not required.
• Experience: 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains shift documentation and reads production schedules.
• Operates packaging machinery and performs setup/changeovers.
• Performs preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Monitors weight control and bag quality, including seal checks.
• Ensures cleanliness and safety in the work area.
