Job summary

Graham Packaging Company in Evansville, Indiana, seeks a Blowmolding Technician for NIGHT SHIFT (7PM–7AM) on rotating weeks. You will operate multiple blow molding machines, perform minor repairs, and uphold safety, quality and GMP standards to deliver high‑quality containers.

Responsibilities include mold changes, process adjustments, preventative maintenance, and collaboration with supervision and maintenance teams. Prior experience in manufacturing and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years in manufacturing required.
• Regular, predictable, and punctual attendance is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments within standard procedures.
• Collaborates effectively with others to achieve team goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow molding machines and inline equipment to produce containers.
• Follow safety, health, quality GMP and company policies at all times.
• Perform mold, insert and color changes on the line as needed.
• Conduct basic processing adjustments to improve machine efficiency and reduce scrap.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and support maintenance staff.
• Train new Operators and share process knowledge.
• Monitor resin, dryer and material handling for proper processing conditions.
