Job summary

fairlife, LLC in Coopersville, MI is seeking a Packaging Operator for a night shift to set up, change over, operate and assist with labeling, case packing, blow molding and palletizing equipment. You will monitor operations to ensure products meet specifications and tear down for cleaning.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in English, with strong written and spoken communication.
• Basic math and reasoning skills essential.
• Must be able to operate packaging equipment and obtain/possess an Industrial Truck Operator License.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, GMP, and food safety rules.
• Operate and adjust packaging lines to produce defect-free cases and labeled bottles.
• Inspect finished goods and adjust processes to meet specs.
• Troubleshoot, clear jams, and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain packaging area in audit-ready condition; assist with training.
