Job summary

ADM in Quincy, IL is seeking a Packaging Operator III for the 3rd shift (11pm-7:30am) at the Commercial Feed facility. You will bag finished product and verify lot numbers, ensuring packaging aligns with the production schedule and quality standards.

You must pass a background check, lift up to 55 lbs, and perform physically demanding tasks, with overtime as needed. ADM offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to wear PPE and work in hot/cold/noisy environments.
• ADM Code of Conduct compliance.

Responsibilities

• Bag finished product per production schedule.
• Verify lot numbers and product codes on batch paperwork.
• Replenish packaging materials and operate lines.
• Mentor and train new colleagues once qualified.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Plant Leadership.
• Occasional overtime as required.
