Job summary

Saputo USA Inc. is hiring for a night shift production role in North Carolina. You will operate packaging equipment, set up coating, labeling, and case coding, and ensure accurate production records. The job emphasizes adherence to SOPs, GMPs, and food safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated work experience in food manufacturing.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Lift truck certification or the ability to obtain one.
• Familiarity with SOPs and GMPs (SQF, QA/QC, HACCP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up and replenish gluer/taping equipment.
• Follow SOPs in detail and document production records accurately.
• Verify case quantities, product IDs, and production dates.
• Perform equipment setup, change-overs, and clean-up operations.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures and GMP requirements.
• Cross-train with other departments and assist audits.
