Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring night shift maintenance operators to keep our snack production running safely and efficiently at our U.S. plants. You will operate and maintain equipment, follow AM/PM routines, and contribute to safety, quality, cost and delivery targets.

Working with a team, you will apply standard work processes, report equipment losses, and help drive continuous improvement while communicating effectively in English and across functions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manufacturing equipment with coaching.
• Adherence to safety and quality standards for equipment.
• Reading and writing in English; site-specific communication.
• Ability to collaborate in a diverse work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment to improve line performance.
• Follow autonomous (AM) and progressive (PM) maintenance standards.
• Ensure safety processes are observed and QA activities performed.
• Identify and report losses in area and equipment.
