Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company seeks a Machine Operator to support the liquid pouch production line in Mason, OH. You will operate filling equipment, package products, and help maintain quality and safety in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates bring a safety and quality focus, strong attention to detail, and willingness to work 3rd shift (11pm–7am) with occasional overtime. Starting pay is $24.57/hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Available to work all shifts including second, third, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–50 lbs regularly.
• Outstanding attendance record and reliable.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling equipment and make minor machine adjustments.
• Package finished products and prepare for shipment.
• Assemble corrugated boxes and partitions; pack merchandise.
• Label and seal cases; place finished goods on pallets.
• Monitor weights, scrap, and visual boards; ensure accurate counts.
• Assist with machine start-ups and routine cleanings.
