Job summary

Lamb Weston in Twin Falls, ID is seeking an Operator Packaging Machine for C Shift (7pm–7am). You will monitor and adjust packaging equipment to meet safety, food safety, quality, and production standards on nights in a fast-paced plant.

The role requires English communication, basic math, and forklift experience; you will perform metal detector checks, manage packaging materials, and document line performance. Training is provided to meet certification requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; training and certification may be provided for required safety programs.
• Ability to read and understand instructions in English; basic math and data entry skills.
• Experience operating forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor line sanitation, ink-jet coder, bagger operation, Dynapack operation, settlers and case sealers.
• Perform routine metal detector checks to ensure proper function.
• Monitor line flow rates and feed of product through baggers.
• Adjust vibrators for optimal bagger performance.
• Order packaging material and ensure correct container sizing.
• Record packaging efficiencies and downtime; complete reports accurately.
