Job summary

Lamb Weston in Twin Falls, ID is seeking an Operator Packaging Machine for C Shift (7pm–7am) to monitor and adjust packaging equipment, ensure food safety and quality, and maintain documentation. The role involves line sanitation, bagger operation, material handling, and routine checks in a fast-paced production environment.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, forklift certification, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent or proficient English communication, written and spoken.
• Forklift experience in warehouse/manufacturing preferred.
• Must meet facility time-frame qualifications.
• Basic math and data entry skills; proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and adjust packaging equipment per safety and quality standards.
• Perform routine metal detector checks and ensure proper packaging flow.
• Record packaging efficiencies and downtime; complete reports accurately.
• Order packaging materials and ensure correct container sizing.
• Ensure complete packaging quality; check weights, seals, codes and glue patterns.
• Complete CILs and centerlines; participate in AMD Drumbeats.
