Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5–7 years of related manufacturing experience.
• Ability to operate converting and finishing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Possess and demonstrate developing leadership qualities.
• Direct press crews in efficient operation of the machines.
• Read and understand all information on the job ticket.
• Ensure all components to produce the job are present.
• Set up and operate press controls and related equipment.
• Train other employees when required.
• Analyze issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate counts on every job.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
