Job summary

Soules Foods in Gainesville, GA is seeking an Outside Utility RAW to coordinate waste management, cardboard recycling, and inedible products removal on the production floor. You will liaise with waste partners, supervise cleanup, and maintain sanitary stainless steel inventory to support continuous operations.

The role requires flexibility, safety focus, ability to drive a Lull, and the will to work on a cold production floor with PPE.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and communicate.
• Able to participate in a team-oriented environment, willingness to assist and train others.
• Demonstrate safety behavior and support department/plant safety goals in a continuous improvement process.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, weekends before and after schedule as needed.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must be able to drive a Lull to transport and lift heavy materials.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for keeping the area clean of any debris at all times.
• Communicate with outside vendors
• Escalate any issues to Supervisor as needed.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
