Job summary

Sadoff Iron and Metal seeks a 2nd Shift Maintenance Laborer to assist mechanics with light maintenance tasks. The role works outside year round and benefits from a family-owned culture with competitive wages and weekly pay.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to operate basic hand and power tools. A valid Wisconsin driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• One to two years of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mechanics with light maintenance tasks under guidance.
• Perform basic maintenance around the facility, yard, and office areas.
• Use hand tools and basic equipment safely and effectively.
• Participate in Safety Training Programs and on-the-job learning.
• Collaborate with Mechanics and team members to complete maintenance tasks.
• Perform general cleaning and upkeep around the facility.
