Job summary

Aesse Investments in Sheboygan, WI seeks a highly skilled production maintenance technician for night shift to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. The role requires a strong background in maintenance with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems and the ability to read schematics.

Responsibilities include welding (MIG & TIG), PMs, and safety practices, with forklift operation and overhead crane handling as part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma/GED and 1-3 years production maintenance experience.
• Manufacturing experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills.
• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Welding MIG & TIG
• Setting tools and loading recipes for production
• Perform all PMs
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
• Lock-out/Tag-out safety compliance
• Operate overhead crane
• Basic electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic skills
