Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Associates degree; a related bachelor's preferred.
• 3 years in operations/warehouse shipping/receiving perishable goods.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
• General Management – oversee all nightshift operations and shrink reduction.
• Operations Management – optimize slots, cube, and travel time for picks.
• Warehouse Function Management – supervise order selection and loading to meet spec.
• Human Resource Management – train staff, evaluate performance, coach, and discipline.
• Safety and Security Management – enforce safe policies and reduce injuries.
