Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Typing speed of at least 60 WPM.
• Proficient with computers, MS Office, and data-entry systems.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Professional telephone and communication abilities.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and verify transportation requests via phone, email, and dispatch systems.
• Develop and evaluate transportation plans across ground and air services.
• Schedule and dispatch transportation providers; relay mission requirements.
• Monitor active transports and provide timely updates on delays and changes.
• Maintain professional relationships with transplant coordinators and vendors.
• Exercise sound judgment while managing multiple concurrent missions.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
