Job summary

Naples Comprehensive Health - NCH is seeking an experienced OR Nurse to independently plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in the operating room. You will provide direct patient care, support the surgical team, and participate in quality improvement activities.

Requirements include Florida RN or APRN license, at least one year of OR experience, and BLS/ALS certifications. Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) are expected.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or APRN in Florida.
• Minimum 1 year OR experience.
• BLS and ALS certifications required.
• Basic computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care in the Operating Room.
• Provides direct nursing care to patients and supports surgeon and team.
• Mentors new staff and supports quality improvement activities.
• Maintains knowledge of policies and Kronos system as applicable.

Education

RN/APRN license in Florida

BLS certification

ALS certification
