Job summary

Saint-Gobain/CertainTeed is seeking a manufacturing maintenance technician to support start-up and shutdown operations, perform routine maintenance, and operate material handling equipment on a double-shift schedule (2:00PM-10:00PM and 10:00PM-6:00AM).

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of manufacturing experience, and a strong safety focus. SAP experience is preferred, with opportunities to contribute to 5S and EH&S initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience required.
• Commitment to safety.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills preferred.
• SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and start-up/shut-down procedures.
• Operate forklift and skid steer as needed.
• Complete work orders (PERSONAS / SAP) and follow 5S protocol.
• Maintain plant areas clean and safe at all times.
• Report EH&S incidents and support waste management responsibilities.
