Job summary

Airswift is seeking an Operations Representative I for an 18-month assignment in Danville, IL. This on-site role supports plant operations focused on loading and offloading liquid products and monitoring process variables.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year hands-on manufacturing or plant experience with pumps, hoses, valves, tanks, or similar operational equipment.
• Experience loading/unloading liquid products, including tankers, and supporting shipping/receiving activities.
• Experience handling documentation, inventory, billing accuracy checks, or shipment records in an operational setting.
• Exposure to troubleshooting routine operational issues with attention to detail and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload liquid products and support shipping/receiving activity.
• Monitor process variables and maintain safe, efficient site activity.
• Operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with pumps, valves, hoses, and tanks.
• Complete shipping documentation and maintain accurate operational records.
• Coordinate site activity with drivers and maintain handover readiness.
