Job summary

Eastman in Kingsport, TN is seeking candidates for night shift production in the Coating & Laminating area. Reporting to a Team Manager, you will perform start up/shut down, monitor equipment, and maintain a safe, organized production space.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, loading materials, and executing preventative maintenance while following safety procedures. This role requires a High School diploma and ability to work nights, including 12-hour rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in solvent-based coating deposition, hazardous environments, or window film manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Start up and shut down operating equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment.
• Maintain production area and participate in housekeeping/safety/environmental inspections.
• Load/unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.
• Feed items onto equipment for processing.
• Perform preventative and routine maintenance.
• Identify process deviations and perform root cause/corrective action.
