Job summary

Eastman is seeking night-shift production staff for its Coating & Laminating area. You will start up and shut down equipment, monitor processes, and maintain a clean, safe production environment.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, are 18+, legally authorized to work in the United States, and ideally 2 years of experience in solvent-based coating or related manufacturing. Night schedule is 8pm–8am with 12-hour rotations and basic computer skills required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in solvent-based coating deposition, dying, or web slitting is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing window films is a plus.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work 12-hour rotating night shifts.
• Basic computer skills including email and data entry.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform start up and shut down of operating equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment.
• Maintain production area and participate in housekeeping/safety/environmental inspections.
• Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.
• Feed or place items onto equipment for processing.
• Perform preventative and routine maintenance.
• Identify process deviations and perform root cause/corrective action.
• Other duties as assigned.
