Job summary

Iconex is seeking a Production Team Member in Tennessee to operate and maintain label and ticket manufacturing equipment on a 12-hour night shift (7 pm to 7 am). You will log production data, perform minor repairs, and support material handling while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across departments to ensure accurate labeling and reliable product quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of printing or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot label/printing equipment.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and troubleshoot label manufacturing equipment.
• Complete minor repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Log production data accurately using computer systems.
• Support material handling, packing, and cross-department collaboration.
• Participate in safety training and proactive hazard identification.
