Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in East Longmeadow, MA is seeking a Coatings Operator for the demanding night shift (5:00pm–3:30am). You’ll be part of a high-energy manufacturing team responsible for loading, unloading, process start-up and ongoing equipment monitoring.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude required for operation and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of vacuum tech or basic physics preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Fixturing and loading of parts.
• Cleaning and preparation of chamber.
• Loading and unloading of parts.
• General maintenance of parts, vacuum chambers and related equipment.
• Monitoring of process cycles.
• Other related work.
