Job summary

Neovia Logistics Services seeks an Operations Supervisor I for a 6pm-6am shift (Sun-Tues, every other Wed) at the Georgetown, TX facility. You will supervise daily operations, plan material use, and manage staff to meet business requirements.

The role requires a HS diploma or equivalent, 1–5 years of relevant experience, and strong math & literacy skills. Warehouse experience is preferred. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years’ relevant experience.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to read/write and interpret documents.
• Warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead operations to meet corporate policies and long-term goals.
• Oversee purchasing of materials and equipment to ensure supply at optimal cost.
• Direct operational activities for timely and efficient product distribution.
• Support client operations and optimize costs.
• Motivate staff, review performance and support development.
