WM (Waste Management) is seeking an Operations Specialist for Collections to provide advanced clerical and administrative support to departmental managers and help coordinate daily operations at the Baldwin Park site.

The role requires strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling, timekeeping, and coordinating with drivers and helpers; on-site, night shift, with pay range of $29 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
• No prior work experience and must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and resolve safety, service, and operational issues.
• Maintain and distribute department information daily; communicate with supervisors and managers.
• Serve as proxy for KRONOS for daily updates for drivers and helpers.
