Ashley Furniture in Saltillo, Mississippi is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Assembly Line 7 D-Shift Nights (2-2-3). You will plan, direct and coordinate activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to meet production goals.

The role requires supervisory experience, a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), and familiarity with warehouse equipment and processes. On-site with competitive benefits and a 6pm–6am schedule.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree in Supervisory Management or related field.
• Experience in supervision and manufacturing or warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and assign work activities in a manufacturing or distribution department; support and implement policies and procedures and recommend improvements in operation methods, equipment, people, materials and working conditions.
