Job summary

NOTS Logistics is seeking a PM Operations Supervisor for our White, GA location. The role leads an operations support team in a manufacturing setting, ensuring quality, productivity, and on-time delivery for customers.

The position is full-time with a night-time rotating 12-hour shift (6pm-6am) every other weekend, offering a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, disability, life insurance, and a 401k.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean principles and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and develop a multi-skilled team in line with NOTS values.
• Communicate daily on performance, safety, quality, and productivity.
• Lead lean process improvements and change leadership.
• Build a high-performance team with engagement and coaching.
• Promote safety and maintain a safe work environment.
• Support continuous improvement across operations.
• Coordinate with the Assistant General Manager.
