Job summary

Ring Container Technologies is hiring for a 3rd shift position in a climate-controlled production environment. The role starts at $60,000 annually with benefits on the first day and vacation after 90 days.

You will oversee safety, training, and daily plant operations to maintain high-quality production. Strong leadership, English proficiency, and a technical degree (or equivalent) are required, with experience using LN and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Strong people skills, leadership qualities, and sense of urgency.
• 2–4 year technical degree, or military experience substitutable.
• Proficient in English (written and oral); MS Office and LN software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment for production employees, visitors and temporary labor.
• Ensure safety training is conducted and documented.
• Ensure personnel wear protective equipment and follow safety protocols.
• Conduct safety training coordination with plant safety team and document results.
• Monitor production floor for hazards and report/correct as needed.
• Lead shift meetings and promote safety culture daily.
