Thompson Pipe Group in Texas is hiring a night-shift supervisor to oversee pipe finishing, outlets, and loading in an outdoor plant environment. You will stage material deliveries, ensure safety and product quality, and coordinate with production teams to meet deadlines.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, 2+ years leading in manufacturing, and welding knowledge. A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Starting pay is $23 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication required.
• 2+ years leading in manufacturing or production support.
• Welding knowledge and technical aptitude preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own nightly execution across pipe finishing, outlets, specials, and loading.
• Stage and coordinate material deliveries to keep work flowing.
• Champion safety, quality and throughput on the production floor.
• Create and track action plans to meet deadlines.
• Monitor policy compliance, drive productivity, and evaluate personnel.
• Interpret blueprints; apply welding knowledge to resolve issues.
• Verify quality meets drawings and customer expectations.
• Lead communications and training to upskill the team.
• Complete administrative requirements per procedures.
• Maintain order and strive for zero defects or incidents.
