Job summary

Alltex Staffing & Personnel is seeking a reliable Threading Production Helper for the Baytown area. The role supports pipe-threading operations in a fast-paced industrial yard and requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and safe operation around heavy equipment.

Shifts run 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, Monday–Saturday, with rotating duties as needed. PPE is required; the job involves lifting, outdoor work, and maintaining a tidy, safe yard environment.

Qualifications

• Must have PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, gloves, etc.).
• Able to lift, bend, and work in a heavy industrial yard.
• Comfortable working around heavy equipment and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Assist threading operators with preparing and staging pipe
• Clean, inspect, and prep pipe ends before threading
• Move, load, and organize materials in the yard
• Tag, label, and track incoming/outgoing pipe
• Support production goals and follow all safety procedures
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
