Job summary

LyondellBasell in Bedford, VA is hiring an Operations Team Coordinator for the night shift (6pm–6am). Under the Operations Manager, you will supervise a team, monitor production, ensure safety, and uphold GMPs to deliver on-time customer orders.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year in manufacturing. Candidates must read, write, and speak English, stand up to 12 hours, lift 50 lbs, and be able to multitask in a dynamic plant environment. Benefits start Day One.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Able to stand for 12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Good attendance and reliability.
• Ability to multitask in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager and supervise shift team.
• Ensure GMPs and safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor production conditions and process parameters.
• Coordinate training and assign tasks to operators.
• Prepare shift reports and documentation.
• Support time and attendance tracking and housekeeping.
