Job summary

You will support the Project Manager with nightly operations, supervise the overnight team, and lead by example with stocking duties such as unloading pallets and restocking shelves for the morning shift.

You will coordinate with managers, coach staff, oversee receiving deliveries, verify merchandise, monitor inventory using FIFO, and maintain logs.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in grocery/warehouse settings.
• 2-3 years of team lead or supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with inventory processes including receiving, stocking, and FIFO.
• Compliant with warehouse safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightshift staff, ensuring shelves are stocked and ready for morning business.
• Assist with unloading deliveries, organizing pallets, and stocking shelves using FIFO.
• Maintain logs and proper backstock organization; communicate with managers.
• Identify inventory gaps or safety concerns and report promptly.
• Provide fast, friendly service to customers and early-morning staff.
