Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• Multistate licenses must establish Idaho residency within 60 days from hire.
• Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required (ACLS/PALS may be accepted in lieu).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care to patients.
• Collaborate with care team to plan and implement treatments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing services.
• Serve as patient advocate for physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and treatments.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments; monitor patient responses.
• Develop and adjust care plans based on patient needs.
• Delegate tasks and participate in assessment, planning and teaching.
