Job summary

McLaren Health Care in Port Huron, MI is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver quality care in the 5 N Medical Oncology unit. You will work a 7:00pm–7:30am shift, part-time, addressing assessment, planning, and coordination of patient care while adhering to hospital policies and nursing standards.

Requires Michigan RN license and BLS; BSN preferred. Teamwork, compassion, and strong communication are essential to support patient/family centered care.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current State of Michigan RN license and BLS certification.
• Preferred BSN degree; ACLS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of patients.
• Plan and implement nursing care per patient and family needs.
• Intervene, evaluate responses, and ensure quality patient care.
• Coordinate activities to support patient/family centered care.
