Job summary

Englewood Health is seeking an Administrative Nurse Supervisor to direct, coordinate and evaluate the standard of care during evening and night shifts. You will plan, direct and coordinate the operations of the Department of Nursing and manage staff for optimum performance.

Shifts are variable, with hours also variable. The role requires working closely with unit leadership to ensure patient-centered, safe and efficient care across assigned units.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of nursing managerial experience.
• Current NJ RN license, BLS and ACLS required.
• Specialty certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and evaluate the standard of care on evening and night shifts.
• Coordinate and supervise nursing staff to ensure competent care.
• Plan and direct operations of the Department of Nursing for efficiency.
• Manage staff for optimum performance.
