Job summary

Mercy is seeking a House Supervisor to oversee nightly operations across patient care departments. You will serve as the on-site clinical and administrative leader, ensuring safe, smooth operations and real-time staffing decisions within the facility.

You will mentor teams, manage urgent events, and collaborate with leadership to uphold high-quality patient care. This role requires RN licensure, leadership experience, and a proactive, communicative approach.

Qualifications

• RN license in the applicable state.
• Minimum 3 years of hospital nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required before first shift.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site clinical and administrative leader for the facility during evenings/nights/weekends/holidays.
• Coordinate staffing, patient flow, and throughput decisions in real time.
• Lead response and coordination during urgent events and escalate to leaders as needed.
• Mentor and support teams with clinical judgment and service recovery.
