Job summary

Loma Linda University Health is seeking a House Supervisor to lead clinical and administrative operations during nights and weekends for LLUMC-Murrieta. You will oversee patient placement, staffing and throughput, and serve as a resource to staff and management.

The candidate should hold a BSN with MSN preferred and bring at least five years of supervisory experience in an acute care setting; two years in house supervision is favored. ICU or emergency nursing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing or related healthcare field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of supervisory/charge experience in acute care hospital required.
• Minimum of two years house supervisor experience preferred.
• Intensive care or emergency nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision during nights, weekends and holidays.
• Direct patient placement, throughput, admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Coordinate services and resources per hospital policies and shift.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure patient safety and care quality.
