Job summary

Responsibilities include responding to call lights, assisting with ambulation and hygiene, and performing basic clinical tasks. Evening/night shifts, weekends required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Specialized education options listed include nursing assistant courses or EMT/MA programs.
• Direct patient care experience preferred; six months may be required if education criteria not met.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification or MTN equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine patient care such as ambulation, hygiene, and positioning.
• Assist with call lights, transfers, and personal care per plan.
• Collect and report patient data and changes in condition.
• Perform basic skin care, finger sticks, and quality checks on glucose instruments.
