Job summary

Qualifications

• Required: AHA BLS for Healthcare Professionals.
• Preferred: HS Diploma or Equivalent and CNA-related experience.
• One year of geriatric or acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, discharge, and transfer activities; prepare rooms for new admissions.
• Provide daily patient care and document care per unit standards.
• Maintain safety and infection control; monitor for safety risks and use proper body mechanics.
• Coordinate with nursing staff to plan patient care and transfers.
