Fundamental Night Time Supervisor position overseeing nursing staff on the 9:00 PM–5:00 AM shift. Responsibilities include directing care, supervising licensed nurses and CNAs, and ensuring patient care quality. On-call duties and on-call bonuses apply per schedule.

Requirements include RN or LPN/LV N licensure, 1+ year supervisory experience, CPR certification, and reliable transportation. Competitive wages for RN/LPN with shift differentials are offered.

Formación

• Must be a licensed RN or LPN / LVN in good standing with the state.
• Must have 1+ years of supervisory experience in nursing.
• Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise licensed nurses and CNAs on assigned shift while delivering nursing care.
• Collect patient data, make observations and report pertinent information to the care team.
