Job summary

Greenhills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an LPN/RN Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and resident care on the night shift (7 PM–7 AM). The role focuses on directing care plans, supervising Charge, Treatment and CNA staff, and ensuring care aligns with policies and geriatric needs.

NOW OFFERING DAILY PAY. Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active TN LPN/RN license, and prior leadership experience in a nursing home.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current TN LPN/RN license.
• Leadership experience in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate charge, treatment, and CNA assignments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals.
