About The Role

This is a hybrid position combining direct floor nursing responsibilities with supervisory oversight. You’ll play a key role in supporting both residents and staff, helping to maintain a high standard of care, clear communication, and efficient operations.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has former Leadership/ Supervisory experience in a Long-Term Care setting preffered
• Communicates clearly and compassionately
• Can prioritize resident care and support staff during the night shift
• Brings strong clinical and organizational skills to the table
  
  

Requirements

• Active Unencumbered Ohio State Nursing License (LPN or RN)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Impeccable organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
